Battersea Car Boot booty, how to serve tea 70s style
This is what I really did buy at the Battersea Car Boot on Sunday. A retro 70s tea tray that the Vivienne Westwood belted seller told me came straight from an old people's home (which may or may not be true).
am jonsing to go to a car boot sale. Never been to one. I just want to say to everyone that I went to a car boot sale....LOL You could add that to the "tour" of london map for me!!! Loved the anthropologie post too!
Just stumbled across your blog, love it. A bootsale that I think surpasses even Battersea is at Chiswick Community School, Burlington Lane, London, W4 3UN. Its on the first Sunday of every kmonth, its a bit of a hassle to get to although obviously not if you live near Chiswick (I'm in N16,miles away) Its SO worth the journey,an old style carboot with no new tat! x
